To protect the organization of TruthBearer.org from fraudulent individuals who would otherwise deliberately seek to impose hardships upon the organization by making false means of attempts for supposed "refunds", you wholly agree to these following Terms & Conditions.
This is NOT a "sale".
You are NOT making a "purchase".
There are NO REFUNDS, because you are herewith only making a DONATION to support the organization of TruthBearer.org.
To thank you for your donation, the organization of TruthBearer.org will then make all reasonable attempts to ship out to you the t-shirt as you request.
Once the t-shirt has been shipped out to the address you specify, the organization of TruthBearer.org has no responsibility for what happens from thereonafter. You agree that the t-shirt shall be deemed as being officially "delivered" at the moment that the t-shirt package is left at a delivery center (such as a post office or any other like service center) for delivery to the address you specify. (The organization of TruthBearer.org will obtain receipt as such proof of official "delivery" from and at the delivery center.)
You expect delivery could be up to 6 to 8 weeks.
If the t-shirt is later found to be undeliverable to the address you specify, the organization of TruthBearer.org shall bear no responsibility for what happens from thereonafter, because it was considered as officially "delivered" to you earlier, when the t-shirt was left at the delivery center for delivery to the address you specify.
You wholly agree that you, and you alone, are responsible for how the t-shirt is to be delivered to you from thereonafter, including your bearing any additional costs for re-attempting delivery and your bearing any costs for any possible additional handling time incurred by the organization of TruthBearer.org in making such re-attempts.
